You are given records, a list of ride events. Each record is a list of three strings: [ride_id, timestamp, status]. Possible statuses are STARTED, CANCELLED, and COMPLETED. Timestamps are integer strings representing minutes.
You are also given bonus_periods, a list of [start, end] integer pairs representing time windows where earnings are doubled, and an integer rate (earnings per minute).
